Who I Work  With

About Me . . .

Life can be a roller coaster of emotions, events, and unexpected twists. Each journey is unique, bringing its own complexities and challenges. Finding meaningful connections or a sense of inner peace can feel overwhelming at times. My goal as a therapist is to create a judgment-free, safe space where you can fully express yourself, feel supported, and embark on the journey toward your true self.

As a person-centered therapist, I work collaboratively with you to cultivate a non-judgmental, empathetic environment where you feel seen, heard, and supported. Using a strengths-based approach, I integrate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing to tailor the process to your needs. I aim to equip you with the tools and coping skills necessary to thrive through psychoeducation and ongoing support.

I work with teens, adults, and couples navigating life’s challenges. My clinical experience includes addressing depression, grief and loss (including death, the end of relationships, and major life transitions), and trauma. Additionally, I support couples in enhancing communication, resolving conflicts, managing life transitions, and navigating through cultural differences.

Let’s work together to help you find balance, clarity, and resilience as you face life’s challenges.

My Emphasis . . .

My emphasis is on creating a nurturing environment where trust and safety are at the forefront. I believe that therapy works best when sessions are tailored to your unique needs, so we will collaborate to outline meaningful goals and work toward achieving them together.

While I am here to provide validation and empathetic support, I will also hold you accountable when needed to ensure progress and growth. My goal is to empower you to navigate life’s challenges confidently and authentically.

My Values . . .

I prioritize honesty, respect, and transparency in all aspects of the therapeutic process. I am deeply invested in my clients’ growth and well-being, striving to nurture independence and autonomy through a meaningful and supportive therapeutic relationship.

I believe in working collaboratively to help clients navigate challenges while nurturing a sense of purpose. For those who seek it, I am also open to exploring growth through faith or a higher purpose, as it aligns with your personal journey.
