Who I Work  With

About Me . . .

I have a passion for helping others and believe that therapy can be a powerful, transformational process, making a difference in the lives of many people.  In 2013, I became motivated to make an impact in a new way and I sought training in counseling psychology.

As a therapist, I help create an environment where your individual healing can occur.  I believe in client-centered therapy, a collaborative and personalized approach.  Using this approach, I learn about you and your challenges and then give you the tools and support to address them with confidence.

My Emphasis . . .

In our therapy, I will work together with you to focus on core issues and to facilitate an environment where you can more easily make healthy decisions.  While I cannot guarantee specific outcomes, many of my clients discover new coping strategies, move toward sustainable relationships, develop healthier boundaries, and experience recovery and healing.

I believe the key to success in therapy is your commitment to the journey.  And, I am just as committed to your journey. I will be there to listen, offer strategies and support, and help you navigate the road ahead.

My Unique Qualifications . . .

I have spent hundreds of hours with my clients, developing goals, establishing a plan, and then working with them through the difficult situations.  You will find that my sessions are confidential, safe, judgement-free, and respectful.  My clients range in age from children to seniors, but I especially enjoy working with teenagers and young adults.

My Values . . .

I genuinely enjoy being a witness as my clients reach a point where they are able to apply a new and healthy strategy to manage their lives.  We will work together to create a space and opportunity for your personal healing.  Let me listen, objectively and respectfully, and we will work together to find a way through difficult and challenging times.
