Who I Work  With

About Me . . .

Relationships can be difficult at any stage of life.  I have specialized training to support couples, families, and individuals to identify patterns that contribute to relationship challenges, to uncover strengths in building resilience, in order to help you create fulfilling relationships.  I typically see clients in our Redlands office:

312 Brookside Ave,

Redlands, CA, 92373

My Unique Qualifications . . .

My Values . . .

Marrying and having a child later in life, being tri-lingual (English, Spanish, French), and having done extensive personal work to heal my own family relationships has shaped my perspective.  Growing up in a family of mental health professionals, “one another’s wellbeing” was common table talk.  My mother, a child and adolescent psychiatrist, and father, a pastor and counselor, influenced my commitment to providing holistic care, integrating mind, body, and soul.  I have lived internationally and worked with people from all walks of life, faith traditions, and across the economic spectrum.

I have ten years of experience working with individuals and families - six years in behavioral clinical settings; four years in local community engagement; six months in the global health arena; extensive work with addictions, anxiety, depression; and teaching health professionals how to integrate psychosocial issues and family members into the rehabilitation process.  I am in process to become a Certified Emotionally Focused Therapist.  I maintain a commitment to using the most current, successful, evidenced-based approaches to psychotherapy.

To me, therapy is a sacred space dedicated to empowering you to achieve your goals and best life.  Creating a strength-based, therapeutic experience that integrates mind, body and soul is my focus.  Much as a child learns best experientially, you will have opportunities to “try on” new ways of being.  Spirituality can be part of our conversation, regardless of whether you identify as agnostic, atheist, or believer.

I love being a therapist and sincerely look forward to meeting you!
