Who I Work  With

About Me . . .

I am invested and committed to helping support families with children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder, as well as using acceptance, mindfulness, commitment, and behavior change strategies to help individuals contact the present moment fully as a conscious human being, and based on what the situation affords, changing or persisting in behavior in the service of chosen values.  I am interested in learning more about you as an individual and collaborating with you to work towards overcoming challenges in your life.

My Emphasis . . .

My passion lies in helping individuals identify values that guide and inform decisions in life and making sure their systems are set up to support those values.  I find it highly rewarding to work with individuals and families in therapy.  I have specialized training in behavior analysis, where I am privileged to be able to support individuals and families working to change challenging behavior patterns as well as supporting those individuals and families to deepen emotional experience, build connection, and heal from aversive situations and settings.

My Unique Qualifications . . .

Alongside my marital and family therapy training, I am also trained as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst. This allows me to support families containing children with behavioral challenges, as well as children who have been diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder.  I am happy to discuss this in more depth with those who are interested.

My Values . . .

Fully engaging in therapy involves vulnerability; therefore, I find it a valuable experience for our therapeutic relationship to be built on trust, safety, dependability, and flexibility.  It is my goal to remain curious and collaborative throughout our process together.  We will explore your values and hopes for therapy at a pace with which you feel comfortable.
